I was sneaking pictures of the food at dinner with my phone. I tried not to get caught since it's a little tacky, but I don't think that worked out too well.
They opened the doors by where we were eating and all the ducks and peacocks would walk right up to you and expect food. I accidentally dropped some butter on the floor but the ducks cleaned it up for me .
The dessert was the best part! Creme brulee, beignets, and baked alaska.
Time really flies! I can't believe it's been a year already. You always hear how hard the first year is- but that was a breeze.
That does look fancy-fancy! And kinda nice to get one more great, special night-out before your household revolves around a little person :) And a duck clean up crew!? Wouldn't that be nice, a helper who is always happy to clean up any spills...maybe I'll request one...why not it would fit right in with all the other random animals at our house! :) Goooood Luck in the coming days!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats you two! And yes that is good of you to make it to a first anniversary before a baby (of wait we didn't make it to our anniversary lol) I can't wait to see pictures of miss Hadley!! Good luck with everything!
